Evest Assist

Security & Confidentiality

Built with the discipline your customers’ data deserves.

At Evest Assist, confidentiality and responsible access are fundamental to how we support our clients. We use structured access controls, defined procedures and clear responsibilities to help protect the information entrusted to us.

Confidentiality First

Before accessing a client's systems or confidential information, Evest Assist works under appropriate confidentiality agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) where required. Our agents are expected to protect client and customer information and use access only for authorized support activities.

Controlled Access

Access is provided according to each agent's role and responsibilities. Agents are given only the level of access required to perform their assigned duties, helping reduce unnecessary exposure to sensitive information.

Sensitive Matters & Escalation

Issues involving identity verification, compliance, account restrictions, payouts or financial decisions are handled according to defined escalation procedures. Frontline agents do not make decisions outside their authority; sensitive matters are routed to the appropriate client team. See Escalation & Complaint Handling for the full process.

Client-Specific Processes

Every business has different systems, requirements and compliance obligations. Evest Assist works with each client to understand their support procedures, access requirements and escalation structure rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.

Responsible Data Handling

Customer and client information is handled only as required for the agreed support engagement. Our processes are designed around controlled access, confidentiality and responsible handling of information throughout the support operation.
